37 – ʿAbd Allāh narrated to us; he said: Muhammad ibn ʿAbbād al-Makkī narrated to us, from Zuhayr al-Aqṭaʿ, who said: “Whenever death was mentioned in Muhammad ibn Sīrīn’s presence, every one of his limbs would grow lifeless, one after another.”
