135 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; he said: Ibrāhīm ibn al-Mustamir narrated to us; he said: ʿAbd al-Wahhāb ibn ʿĪsā al-Wāsiṭī narrated to us; he said: Yaḥyā ibn Abī Zakariyyā al-Ghassānī narrated to us; he said: ʿAbbād ibn Saʿīd—one of the people of Basra, who used to recite the Quran to Qatādah ibn Mubashshir ibn Abī al-Mulayḥ—narrated to us, from his father Abū al-Mulayḥ, from Usāmah ibn ʿUmayr, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Whoever does not thank people has not thanked Allah.”
