106 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; he said: al-Ḥārith ibn Muḥammad al-Tamīmī narrated to me; he said: ʿAmr ibn al-Ṣalt, my maternal uncle, narrated to me from Saʿīd ibn Abī Saʿīd, from Hishām ibn ⦗89⦘ ʿUrwah, from his father, from ʿĀʾishah, who said:

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whenever Allah amplifies His favor upon a servant, people’s demands upon him intensify. Whoever refuses to bear that burden on behalf of the people exposes that blessing to disappearance.”
