Kitāb al-Dārimī
Some scholars have argued that al-Dārimī’s collection is more deserving—indeed more fitting—to occupy the position of the “sixth book,” for its transmitters exhibit fewer weaknesses, occurrences of denounced or anomalous reports are rare, its chains of transmission are frequently of a higher level, and its thulāthiyyāt (reports with only three intermediaries between the author and the Prophet) outnumber those found in al-Bukhārī.
كتاب الدَّارمِيّ
