(Sixth): He does not indwell any part of His creation, nor does any created thing indwell Him; on the contrary, He is separate (1) from His creatures in His very Essence, and they are completely separate from Him.
(Seventh): He is mightier than everything, greater than everything, above everything, exalted over everything, and there is absolutely nothing above Him.
(Eighth): He is capable (2) of all things; nothing that He wills can ever thwart Him, for He does whatever He wills.
(Ninth): He is all-knowing; He knows what is hidden and what is more hidden still, He knows what has been and what will be, and He knows that which never was—had it come to be, how it would have been. “Not a leaf falls without His knowledge, nor a grain in the darkness of the earth, nor anything moist or dry” (Q 6:59). Nothing moves without His knowing it exactly as it is.
(Tenth): He is All-Hearing, All-Seeing. He hears the clamour of voices in every language and with every variety of need, and He sees the tread of a black ant on a solid rock in the pitch-dark night. His hearing encompasses all that can be heard, His sight all that can be seen (3), His knowledge all that can be known, His power all that can exist, His will governs every creature, His mercy embraces all created beings, and His footstool extends over the earth and the heavens.
(Eleventh): He is the ever-present Witness who is never absent, who appoints no deputy to administer His kingdom, and who has no need of anyone to convey His servants’ requests to Him or to assist Him.
