And if you have deified him on the grounds that he claimed such a thing, the matter can only be one of two: either it is exactly as you allege about him, or else he in fact proclaimed servitude and need, affirming that he is ruled over, fashioned, and created. If what you allege is true, then he is the brother of the Antichrist (al-Masīḥ al-Dajjāl), neither a believer nor truthful—much less a noble prophet—and his recompense is Hell, what a wretched destination, just as the Most High says: “And whoever among them says, ‘Indeed, I am a deity besides Him,’ We shall reward with Hell” [Al-Anbiya: 29].
Everyone who claims divinity besides Allah is among the greatest enemies of God, like Pharaoh, Nimrod, and their ilk. Thus you (1) have stripped the Messiah of God’s honor, his prophethood, and his messengership, and have made him one of God’s foremost enemies; hence you are the people most hostile to Christ while outwardly posing as loving allies!!
One of the most obvious proofs of the falsehood of the Antichrist is that he claims divinity. God will then send His servant and messenger, the Messiah of guidance, Jesus son of Mary, who will slay him and reveal to all creation that he was a lying impostor. Had he truly been a god, he would not be killed—much less crucified, nailed up, and spat upon!!
But if the Messiah only claimed to be a servant, a prophet, and a messenger—as all the Gospels testify, as reason and natural disposition confirm, while you proclaim him divine—and that, in fact, is the reality (2)—then you have produced no evidence for his godhood other than denying his own claim. In your Gospels you yourselves have recorded in numerous places explicit statements of his servitude, that he is ruled over and created, that he is the Son of Man, and that he never claimed anything beyond prophethood and messengership; yet you belied him in—
