“every soul will come pleading its own case, and every soul will be repaid in full for what it did, and they will not be wronged.”
“Every soul will come pleading its own case”: everyone will say, “Myself! Myself!” concerned only with himself. On that Day, the servant will be in desperate need of even an atom’s weight of good.
“Every soul will be repaid in full for what it did,” whether good or evil, “and they will not be wronged”: their evil deeds will not be increased, nor will their good deeds be diminished. “So today no soul will be wronged in the least, and you will not be recompensed ⦗451⦘ except for what you used to do.”
