(10–11) “He is the One who sends down water from the sky; from it you have drink, and from it grows vegetation on which you pasture your livestock. Through it He causes crops, olives, date palms, grapes, and every kind of fruit to grow for you. Surely in this is a sign for people who reflect.”

This demonstrates the perfection of Allah’s power—He who sent down this water from the thin, delicate cloud—and His mercy, for He placed within it water ⦗437⦘ in abundance, from which they and their livestock drink and with which they irrigate their fields, bringing forth abundant fruits and plentiful blessings for them.
