(189) “To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and Allah has power over all things.”
That is, He is the Sovereign of the heavens and the earth and of all the various kinds of creatures within them. He governs them with perfect power and wondrous craftsmanship. None of them can resist Him, nor can anyone thwart Him.
﴿١٨٩﴾ ﴿وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأرْضِ وَاللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ﴾ .
أي: هو المالك للسماوات والأرض وما فيهما، من سائر أصناف الخلق، المتصرف فيهم بكمال القدرة، وبديع الصنعة، فلا يمتنع عليه منهم أحد، ولا يعجزه أحد.
