(7) “Those who disbelieve claim that they will never be resurrected. Say, ‘Yes, by my Lord, you will surely be resurrected; then you will surely be informed of what you did. And that is easy for Allah.’”
Allah informs us of the disbelievers’ obstinacy, their false claim, and their denial of the resurrection without knowledge, guidance, or an enlightening Book. He therefore commanded the noblest of His creation to swear by his Lord that they will be resurrected and requited for their wicked deeds and their denial of the truth. “And that is easy for Allah.” Although it is difficult—indeed, impossible—for created beings, if all their powers were combined (1) to revive [even one] dead person, they would be unable to do so.
As for Allah Most High, whenever He wills a matter, He merely says to it, “Be,” and it is. Allah Most High says: “The Trumpet will be blown, and all those in the heavens and on earth will fall dead, except whom Allah wills. Then it will be blown again, and at once they will be standing, looking on.”
