(1) “In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful. Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth glorifies Allah—the King, the Most Holy, the Almighty, the All-Wise.”

That is, everything in the heavens and on earth glorifies Allah, submits to His command, acknowledges His divinity, and worships Him. For He is the perfect King, to Whom belongs the dominion of the upper and lower realms. All are His subjects and under His governance. He is “the Most Holy”: the One revered and exalted above every defect and deficiency; “the Almighty”: the One Who subdues all things; and “the All-Wise” in His creation and command.
