“What is wrong with you? How do you judge? Will you not then take heed? Or do you have clear authority? Then bring your scripture, if you are truthful.”
“daughters over sons? What is wrong with you? How do you judge?”—such an unjust judgment!
“Will you not then take heed” and recognize that this claim is false and unjust? Had you taken heed, you would not have made it.
“Or do you have clear authority?” That is, manifest proof for your claim from a scripture or a messenger.
None of this exists. Hence He says: “Then bring your scripture, if you are truthful.” Anyone who makes a claim without providing revealed proof for it is either deliberately lying or speaking about Allah without knowledge.
