“Whoever among you devoutly obeys Allah and His Messenger and does righteous deeds, We shall grant her reward twice over, and We have prepared for her a generous provision.”

“Whoever among you devoutly obeys”—that is, obeys—“Allah and His Messenger and does righteous deeds,” whether few or many, “We shall grant her reward twice over”—that is, twice what We grant another woman—“and We have prepared for her a generous provision,” namely Paradise. They therefore obeyed Allah and His Messenger and performed righteous deeds, and thus their reward was made known.
