(9) “As for those who believe and do righteous deeds, We shall surely admit them among the righteous.”

That is, whoever believes in Allah and does righteous deeds has been promised by Allah that He will admit him into Paradise among His righteous servants—the prophets, the steadfast affirmers of truth, the martyrs, and the righteous—each according to his degree and rank before Allah. Sound faith and righteous deeds are a sign of a person’s felicity and that he belongs to the people of the Most Merciful and to the righteous servants of Allah Most High.
