(68–70) “Your Lord creates and chooses whatever He wills; the choice is not theirs. Glory be to Allah, and exalted is He above whatever they associate with Him! Your Lord knows what their hearts conceal and what they reveal. He is Allah; there is no god but Him. All praise belongs to Him in this life and in the Hereafter. All judgment belongs to Him, and to Him you will be returned.”
These verses affirm that His creation encompasses all created beings, that His will prevails throughout all creation, and that He alone chooses and singles out whomever and whatever He wills—whether persons, commands, [times], or places. No one (1) has any share in the matter or in choosing. He Most High is far above everything they associate with Him, whether a partner, supporter, helper, child, consort, or any other such thing that the polytheists associate with Him. He knows what hearts conceal and what people reveal. He alone is worshipped and praised in this world and the Hereafter, because of the attributes of majesty and beauty that are His and the benevolence and abundant grace He has bestowed upon His creation.
He is the Judge in both realms. In this world, He judges by His decree governing creation, whose effect encompasses everything He has created and brought forth, and by His religious judgment, whose effect encompasses all divinely revealed laws, commands, and prohibitions.
In the Hereafter, He will judge by His decree and His judgment of recompense. Hence He says: “And to Him you will be returned.”

He will then recompense each of you for his deeds, whether good or evil.
