(78) “Indeed, your Lord will judge between them by His judgment, and He is the Almighty, the All-Knowing.”
That is, Allah Most High will decide between the disputing parties and judge between those who differ by His just ruling and equitable judgment. Although matters may become unclear in this world to those who differ—because the evidence is obscure or because of certain motives—He will make manifest the truth that accords with reality when Allah judges concerning them. “He is the Almighty,” who has subdued all creatures, so they submit to Him; “the All-Knowing” of all things, “the All-Knowing” of the disputants’ statements, what prompted them, and their aims and intentions. He will requite each one according to His knowledge of him.
