“That is because Allah is the Truth; He gives life to the dead and has power over all things. The Hour is surely coming—there is no doubt about it—and Allah will raise those who are in the graves.”

“That” is because the One who created the human being through the stages He described to you and revived the earth after its death is “Allah—the Truth”; that is, the Lord who alone deserves worship. Worshipping Him is the truth, while worshipping anything besides Him is falsehood. “He gives life to the dead,” just as He originated creation and revived the earth after its death. “He has power over all things,” as He has shown you through the wonders of His power and the greatness of His handiwork.

“The Hour is surely coming—there is no doubt about it,” so there is no basis for deeming it far-fetched. “And Allah will raise those who are in the graves,” and then recompense you for your deeds, both good and evil.
