“Indeed, Allah is Almighty, All-Forgiving”: that is, Almighty in His dominion, forgiving of the sins of His servants.

“Indeed, those who recite the Book of Allah, establish the prayer, and spend, secretly and openly, from what We have provided for them, hope for a trade that will never perish, so that He may give them their full reward and increase them from His bounty. Indeed, He is All-Forgiving, Most Appreciative.” (29–30)
