“So worship Him and put your trust in Him”: that is, place your trust in Him. “Your Lord is not unaware of what you do.” The reciters of Madinah and Syria, as well as Hafs and Ya'qub, recited “what you do” with the letter ta, here and at the end of Surat al-Naml. The others recited it with the letter ya in both places.
Ka'b said: “The conclusion of the Torah is the conclusion of Surat Hud.” (1)

(1) Al-Tabari narrated it from Ka'b, 11/252 and 15/545; the transmitters in its chain are trustworthy. Al-Suyuti states in Al-Durr al-Manthur, 4/493: “It was narrated by Abd Allah ibn Ahmad in Zawa'id al-Zuhd, Ibn al-Durays in Fada'il al-Quran, Ibn Jarir, and Abu al-Shaykh.”
(2) Al-Tirmidhi narrated it in his exegesis of Surat al-Waqi'ah, 9/184, and said: “This is a sound, uncommon hadith; we know it from Ibn Abbas only through this route.” He also narrated it in his separate work Al-Shama'il, p. 46. It was authenticated by al-Hakim in Al-Mustadrak, 2/343, and cited by the compiler of Sharh al-Sunnah, 14/372. Al-Busiri said: “It was narrated by Abu Ya'la and al-Tirmidhi in Al-Shama'il, and its transmitters are trustworthy.” See Fayd al-Qadir, 4/168-169, and Al-Matalib al-Aliyah, 3/342.
