39 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; he said: Yusuf ibn ʿImran al-Jassas told me; he said: I heard Salih ibn ʿAbd al-Karim say, “Allah has set intellect at the head of His servants’ affairs, made knowledge their guide, action their driver, and patience the force that empowers them in all of that.”
