25 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Yusuf ibn Musa narrated to us; he said that Jarir related from Qabus, from his father, from Ibn ʿAbbas regarding Allah’s words, “qasamun lidhī ḥijr” (“an oath for one of reason”) (Al-Fajr 89:5). He said, “It refers to the man endowed with sound judgment and intellect.”
