184 – (Weak) Ummayyah ibn Makhshi, may Allah be pleased with him, reported:

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was sitting while a man was eating, yet the man did not pronounce the name of Allah until only one morsel of his food remained. When he lifted that last bite to his mouth he said, “In the name of Allah, at its beginning and at its end.” The Prophet ﷺ laughed and then remarked, “Satan kept on eating with him, but when he pronounced the name of Allah, Satan vomited up everything that was in his stomach.”
