164 – (weak chain) Ibn Abī Mulayka reported from ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿAmr (may Allah be pleased with them both): I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say, “When the fasting person breaks his fast he has a supplication that will not be rejected.” Ibn Abī Mulayka added: I heard ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿAmr, whenever he broke his fast, say, “O Allah, I ask You by Your mercy which encompasses all things to forgive me.”
