—in circumstances where combining is not permitted. Therefore, it is impermissible to join the Friday prayer with ʿAṣr—whether on a journey, in rain, in mud, or for any other reason. Instead, anyone who, despite an excuse, has performed Jumuʿah must pray ʿAṣr in its appointed time. (1)

على وجه لا يجوز فيه الجمع، فلا يجوز الجمع بين صلاة الجمعة والعصر: لا في سفر، ولا مطر، ولا وحل، ولا غير ذلك، وإنما يجب على من صلى الجمعة من أهل الأعذار أن يصلي العصر في وقتها (١).
