It has another route:
Ibn Mājah transmitted it through Abū al-Ahwaṣ, and al-Ṭayālisī through Sallām; both narrate from Abū Isḥāq, from ʿAbdullāh al-Bahī, from her with the same wording. This chain is sound.
Isrāʾīl, however, differed and said: “from Abū Isḥāq, from al-Bahī, from ʿAbdullāh ibn ʿUmar, from her.” Aḥmad recorded his version.
Shurayk likewise reported it from Abū Isḥāq, and Aḥmad also collected this report.
Zuhayr disagreed with all of them, saying: “from Abū Isḥāq, from al-Bahī, from Ibn ʿUmar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to ʿĀʾishah …” Aḥmad transmitted this version, thereby classifying it as part of the Musnad of Ibn ʿUmar rather than his narration from ʿĀʾishah.
Most likely this discrepancy originates with Abū Isḥāq himself, not with those who narrated from him, for his memory became confused toward the end of his life.
In my judgment, the correct version is the one that reads: “from Abū Isḥāq, from al-Bahī, from her,” for Ismāʿīl al-Suddī provides corroboration.
