and the other is through Ibn al-Zubayr. In this strand the additional wording is confirmed by his statement:
“A prayer in the Sacred Mosque is better than one hundred prayers in this one,”

Note: Al-Ḥāfiẓ said in Fatḥ (3/52):

It was recorded by al-Nasāʾī (2/34), al-Ṭaḥāwī, and Aḥmad (6/334).
Al-Layth ibn Saʿd corroborated him, saying: “Nāfiʿ narrated it to me.” This version was reported by Muslim (4/125–126), al-Ṭaḥāwī, and Aḥmad.
In Muslim’s wording there is a story, narrated by Ibn ʿAbbās, who said:
“A woman was afflicted by an illness and declared, ‘If Allah cures me, I will set out and pray in the Holy House at Jerusalem.’ When she recovered and prepared to leave, Maymūnah, the wife of the Prophet—peace and blessings be upon him—”
