Abū Saʿīd ibn al-Aʿrābī said: “Saʿdān ibn Naḍr narrated to us; Sufyān ibn ʿUyaynah narrated to us, from al-Walīd ibn Kathīr, from Ḥasan ibn Ḥusayn, from Fāṭimah bint al-Ḥusayn, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ died while two mantles of his were still on the loom being worked.” This report is mursal.
Abū al-Qāsim al-Ṭabarānī said: “Al-Ḥusayn ibn Isḥāq al-Tustarī narrated to us; Abū Umayyah ʿAmr ibn Hishām al-Ḥarrānī narrated to us; ʿUthmān ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān narrated to us, from ʿAlī ibn ʿUrwah, from ʿAbd al-Malik ibn Abī Sulaymān, from ʿAṭāʾ and ʿAmr ibn Dīnār, from Ibn ʿAbbās, who said:
