al-Wala wa-al-Bara fi al-Islam - Salih Al-Fawzan - (1/22)

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Beware! No man is to sell over his brother’s sale, nor propose marriage over his proposal.” In another wording: “and he must not bid against his bidding.”

9 – Showing gentleness toward their weak
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “He is not of us who does not honor our elder and show mercy to our young.” He also said, “You are granted victory and provision only through your weak.” Allah the Exalted declares: “And keep yourself patient with those who call upon their Lord morning and evening, seeking His Face, and do not let your eyes turn away from them, desiring the adornment of worldly life.” (al-Kahf 18:28)

10 – Praying for them and seeking forgiveness for them
Allah the Almighty says: “So ask forgiveness for your sin and for the believing men and believing women.” (Muḥammad 47:19)

قال ﷺ: (ألالايَبعْ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى خِطبَتِهِ). وفي رواية (ولايَسُمْ على سَوْمِهِ). ٩ - الرفق بضعافهم كما قال النبي ﷺ: (لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ لَمْ يُوَقِّرْ كَبِيرَنَا وَيَرْحَمْ صَغِيرَنَا). وقال ﷺ (هل تُنْصَرُونَ وتُرْزَقُونَ إلابِضُعَفَائِكُمْ). وقال تعالى: (وَاصْبِرْ نَفْسَكَ مَعَ الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ رَبَّهُمْ بِالْغَدَاةِ وَالْعَشِيِّ يُرِيدُونَ وَجْهَهُ وَلَا تَعْدُ عَيْنَاكَ عَنْهُمْ تُرِيدُ زِينَةَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُنْيا). (الكهف: ٢٨) ١٠ - الدعاءُ لهمْ والاستغفارُ لهمْ قال تعالى: (وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لِذَنْبِكَ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ). (محمد ١٩).
