—particularly when those duties give the unbelievers access to the Muslims’ circumstances and secrets, enabling them to plot against them and cause them harm. Among the gravest examples today is the practice of bringing non-Muslims into Muslim lands—indeed, into the very Land of the Two Holy Sanctuaries—and employing them as laborers, drivers, household staff, and in-home caretakers, thereby mixing them with Muslim families or with the broader Muslim population in their own countries.

6 – Dating events according to their calendar, especially a calendar that embodies their rituals and festivals, such as the Gregorian calendar. This calendar commemorates the birth of Jesus (peace be upon him), an observance they themselves invented and which is not part of the religion brought by Jesus (peace be upon him). Using that calendar, therefore, constitutes participation in reviving their emblem and their feast.
