- The Hadith of Buraydah ibn al-Husayb (may Allah be pleased with him)
Abū Abd Allāh Ibn Mājah said: Muhammad ibn Abd Allāh ibn Numayr narrated to us: Ishāq ibn Sulaymān narrated to us, from Abū Ja‘far al-Rāzī, from Husayn, from al-Sha‘bī, from Buraydah ibn al-Husayb, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “There is no ruqyah except against the evil eye or a venomous sting.” (1)
