10 – ʿAbd al-Malik narrated from Qazʿah, from Abū Saʿīd (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “No supererogatory prayer is to be performed after the dawn prayer until the sun has risen, nor after the afternoon prayer until it has set. These two days are not to be fasted: the Day of Sacrifice (ʿEid al-Aḍḥā) and the Day of Breaking the Fast (ʿEid al-Fiṭr). Mounts are not to be saddled for a journey except to three mosques: the Sacred Mosque, al-Aqṣā Mosque, and this mosque of mine. And a woman must not travel for two days unless accompanied by a maḥram.”
