Musnad Abi Hanifah Riwayat al-HaskafiAbu Hanifa

30 – Hammad narrated from Ibrahim, from a man, from Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him):
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ extended his hand toward him, but he drew it back. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked, “What is the matter with you?” He replied, “I am in a state of major ritual impurity.” The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Show me your hands, for a believer is not impure.”

In another wording: “A believer does not become impure.”
