4 – Al-Hakam narrated, on the authority of ʿAbd Allah ibn Shaddad, that a daughter of Hamza emancipated a slave. When the slave later died leaving a daughter, the Prophet ﷺ allotted one-half of the estate to the daughter and the other half to Hamza’s daughter.
