7 – Al-Haytham relates, through an unnamed narrator, that Abu Quḥāfah came to the Prophet ﷺ with his beard grown out and bushy. The narrator said: The Prophet ﷺ remarked, “If only you would trim it,” and he signaled with his hand toward the sides of Abu Quḥāfah’s beard.
