2 – On the authority of ʿAli ibn al-Aqmar, from Abū Juḥayfah: “The Prophet ﷺ passed by a man whose garment was trailing, so he pulled it up for him.” In another wording, transmitted by ʿAli ibn al-Aqmar directly from the Prophet ﷺ, the chain of transmission is disconnected (munqaṭiʿ).
