30 – ʿAlqamah and Ḥammād related—on the authority of ʿAbd Allah ibn Buraydah, from his father—that the Prophet ﷺ said: “Drink from any vessel, for the vessel itself neither makes a thing lawful nor unlawful.”
٣٠ - عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، وَحَمَّادٍ، أَنَّهُمَا حَدَّثَاهُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «اشْرَبُوا فِي كُلِّ ظَرْفٍ، فَإِنَّ الظَّرْفَ لَا يُحِلُّ شَيْئًا، وَلَا يُحَرِّمُهُ»
