20 – ʿAwn narrated, from his father, from ʿAbd Allah: “Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered his house, ʿAbd Allah would send his mother, Umm ʿAbd, to observe the Prophet’s conduct and bearing; she would report back to him, and he would model himself on it.”
