6 – Ibrāhīm relates from Anas ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: “With my own hand I have never touched brocade nor silk softer than the palm of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.”
In another version—reported by the Imām, from Ibrāhīm ibn Muḥammad ibn al-Muntashir, from Anas, as mentioned in the commentary—he said: “Never was the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, seen stretching out his knees in front of anyone sitting with him.”
