1 – Abu Muhammad said: Ibn Saʿid ibn Jaʿfar wrote to me, transmitting from Sulayman ibn ʿAbd Allah, who related that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “The neighbor has the strongest claim to his right of pre-emption.”
