Narrated from Ḥammād, from Ibrāhīm, from al-Aswad, from ʿĀʾishah—may Allah be pleased with her: “The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, purchased some food from a Jew and left his coat of mail with him as collateral.”
