1 – ʿAlqama narrated from Ibn Burayda, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Allah the Exalted has rendered the inviolability of the wives of the combatants binding upon those who stay behind, just as the inviolability due to their own mothers. Any man who remains behind and betrays one of the fighters in regard to his family will be told on the Day of Resurrection, ‘Exact your retribution from him!’ So what do you think?...”
