7 – Al-Qāsim ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān related from his father, from ʿAbdullāh ibn Masʿūd (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: “Whoever swears an oath and says, ‘if Allah wills,’ has indeed made an exception.”
