1 – From Ḥammād, through Saʿīd ibn Jubayr, from Ibn ʿAbbās—may Allah be pleased with him—who related: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “If any one of you lies down at night burdened with grief and anxiety over providing for his dependants, that is more excellent in the sight of Allah, the Exalted, than a thousand blows of the sword in the path of Allah.”
