2 – Al-Hakam narrated from ʿIrāk ibn Mālik, from ʿUrwah ibn al-Zubayr, from ʿĀʾishah (may Allah be pleased with her), who said:
Aflah ibn Abī al-Quʿays came to ask permission to enter upon me and said, “Do you veil yourself from me when I am your uncle?” I replied, “How so?” He said, “My brother’s wife nursed you with my brother’s milk.” I then mentioned this to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he said, “May your hands be dusty! Do you not know that whatever is unlawful through breastfeeding is the same as what is unlawful through blood-kinship?”
