18 – Yunus ibn ʿAbd Allah transmitted from his father, from Rabīʿ ibn Sabrah al-Juhanī, from his father, who said: “The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited mutʿah (temporary marriage) with women on the Day of the Conquest of Mecca.” In another wording: “He forbade mutʿah in the Year of Hajj.” A further narration states: “The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited mutʿah with women on the Day of the Conquest.”
