17 – Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir narrated from Uthman ibn Muhammad, from Talhah ibn Ubayd Allah, who said:
“We were discussing the meat of game that a person not in ihram hunts, and whether a pilgrim in ihram may eat it, while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was sleeping. Our voices rose, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ awoke and asked, ‘What are they arguing about?’ We said, ‘About the meat of game caught by one who is not in ihram—may a pilgrim in ihram eat it?’ He then commanded us to eat it.”
