Musnad Abi Hanifah Riwayat al-HaskafiAbu Hanifa

5 – Hammad narrated from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad ibn Yazid: ʿUmar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) once addressed the people and said, “Whoever among you intends to perform Hajj must not enter into ihram except from a miqat. The mawāqīt that your Prophet ﷺ designated are these: for the people of Medina—and for anyone who passes through it although not a resident—Dhu al-Ḥulayfah; for the people of Syria and anyone who passes through it, al-Juhfah; for the people of Najd and anyone who passes through it, Qarn; for the people of Yemen and anyone who passes through it, Yalamlam; and for the people of Iraq, and for everyone else, Dhat ʿIrq.”
