111 – Shaybān narrated—from Yaḥyā, on the authority of Abū Salamah, from Abū Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)—that the Prophet (Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to say, whenever he led the funeral prayer: “O Allah, forgive our living and our dead, those present among us and those absent, our young and our old, and our males and our females.”
