71 – Hammad narrated, from Ibrahim, from Alqamah, from Abdullah ibn Masʿud (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: “When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was on a journey he would perform the prayer as two rakʿahs, and so did Abu Bakr and Umar (may Allah be pleased with them); they never exceeded that.”
