55 – ʿAtāʾ narrated from Ibn ʿAbbās (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever perseveres for forty days will have two guarantees recorded for him: immunity from hypocrisy and immunity from polytheism.”
٥٥ - عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ﵄، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ، قَالَ: «مَنْ دَاوَمَ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا، كُتِبَ لَهُ بَرَاءَةٌ مِنَ النِّفَاقِ، وَبَرَاءَةٌ مِنَ الشِّرْكِ»
